Payment:

I accept Paypal and Credit Card only. I use a secure credit card collection service. Credit Card information is not kept on file once payment is received.

I will accept Paypal ECheck from Canada and the USA only. International buyers must use Paypal instant payment only.

All items are shipped once payment has been cleared to my Paypal account.

 

Deposits:

Deposits are required for custom work to cover the cost of supplies.

All custom Reborn doll orders are subject to a $200 non-refundable deposit. This is to cover the expense of supplies incurred in the event that the order is dishonoured by the customer.

I try to accurately estimate shipping charges but sometimes they are off. I will refund any overages or invoice for a balance owing.

Worldwide: $100.00 USD

All dolls are shipped by Canada Post. Insurance and delivery confirmation is included in the shipping. I will not ship by any method that does not have tracking.

International buyers - all charges at your border, such as tax and duty, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Crochet items:

I will refund your money, less the shipping charges, if you are not satisfied with my workmanship.

Dolls:

I try my best to accurately describe and show my dolls with true photographs taken in natural light. No retouching has been done to my photos so what you see is true. I cannot be responsible for how different monitors depict colour. I stand behind my work 100%. If you are not completely satisfied I will refund your money, less the shipping fees, upon receiving the doll back in the same condition I sent it. I must hear from you within 24hrs of you receiving the doll to qualify for refund. Once 24hrs has passed after delivery confirmation is made, I consider the sale final.

Refunds are granted on custom ordered dolls minus the non-refundable deposit.
